How to Join Username SACCO

1. Individual Membership

• Registration Fee: KSh 1,000
• Minimum Share Capital: KSh 5,000 (50 shares @ KSh 100)
• Minimum Monthly Contribution: KSh 1,000

Requirements for Individual Members

• Copy of National ID or Passport
• KRA PIN Certificate
• Passport-sized photo

2. Chama Membership

• Registration Fee: KSh 3,000
• Share Capital: KSh 5,000
• Minimum Monthly Contribution: Minimum KSh 5,000

Requirements for Chama/Group Members

• Certificate of registration for the group
• Copy of group constitution
• Copies of IDs and passport-sized photos of all signatories
• KRA PIN certificates for all signatories
• Resolution signed by members agreeing to join the SACCO
• Postal address, phone number, and email for communication

3. Corporate Membership

• Registration Fee: KSh 5,000
• Share Capital: KSh 15,000
• Minimum Monthly Contribution: Minimum KSh 10,000

Requirements for Corporate Members

• Certificate of incorporation and memorandum of association
• KRA PIN certificates for the company and all directors
• Copies of IDs and passport-sized photos of directors
• Board resolution authorizing the company to join the SACCO
• Company physical address, phone number, and email
• Letter of introduction from relevant authorities or ministries (if applicable)
